The firm’s concentration is in land development, builder services, stormwater management and municipality services. IAgnieszka Nau, PE
Agnieszka's career in engineering began as a construction inspector while in college. This experience provided her perspective of how important a good set of design plans are to a successful project. Since graduating, her experience includes rural/urban roadway design, signal design and builder services for residential projects. She has worked with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, various municipalities and multiple builders throughout the state. Agnieszka oversees the Builder Services group and is a Partner in the firm.
Timothy Nau, PE
Tim was involved in land development as a rod man on survey crews for several years before graduating college in 1995. Since graduating, his primary focus has been on management, design and permitting for residential, commercial and retail development projects of various size and complexity. Tim oversees the Land Development Department and is a Partner in the firm.
