Agnieszka Nau, PE
Agnieszka began her engineering career as a construction inspector while in college, an experience that shaped her practical understanding of how quality design directly impacts project success. That early field perspective continues to influence her approach to engineering today.
Her professional experience includes rural and urban roadway design, traffic signal design, and builder services for residential developments. She has worked with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, numerous municipalities, and residential builders across the state.
As Partner and Director of Builder Services at The Nau Company, Agnieszka leads the firm’s builder-focused operations, ensuring responsive service, practical solutions, and timely delivery for every project.
Timothy Nau, PE
Timothy began his career in land development working as a rod man on survey crews for several years prior to graduating from college in 1995. This early field experience provided a strong foundation in site evaluation and constructability that continues to inform his approach to project leadership.
Since graduating, his primary focus has been on the management, design, and permitting of residential, commercial, and retail development projects of varying size and complexity.
As Partner and Director of Land Development at The Nau Company, Tim oversees the firm’s land development operations, guiding projects from initial concept through permitting with a focus on efficiency, coordination, and client service.
